LIVING HOPE MINISTRIES:
PARTNER WITH PRE-SCHOOL CLASSROOMS

Living Hope Ministries is excited to continue to offer sponsorships for the

Pre-School Partnership Program. The Living Hope Ministries Pre-School department consists of one K3-year-old class, one K4 year-old-class, and one K5 year-old-class, which are very similar to our three-year-old, PreK, and Kindergarten classes here in the U.S.

There are around 70 pre-schoolers enrolled in these three classes, with a maximum class size of 25. The department has its own Principal, and each class has a qualified teacher with an assistant in addition to two other staff members for extra help cleaning.

The partnership has two components:

 

First, we encourage any individual, family, group, Sunday School class, etc. to prayerfully consider partnering with one or more classrooms. In the past, we asked for you to engage in a meaningful pen-pal relationship with your class by sending them letters and care packages for the whole class a couple of times a year. Unfortunately, we cannot accept care packages now because of the political unrest and turmoil in much of Haiti that prevents most safe travel and package deliveries around the country. We hope to be able to resume the care packages when the country is peaceful again. For now, we still encourage you to send notes and cards to the pre-school classes. You can write a note or card and include pictures of yourselves with your first names. You can email them to us, and we can forward them to the school.

The second component is the financial support that goes to the general

pre-school fund to pay for teacher salaries, much needed classroom supplies, and food for the children’s daily lunches. We offer 3 levels of support:

     - Tadpole level: $20/month, or $240/year

     - Dolphin level: $50/month, or $600/year

     - Whale level: $100/month, or $1200/year 

​

Each partner can choose a pre-school class and a level of support.
